These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – «Agreement») regulate the contractual relationship between the parties, Overplayed N.V.(hereinafter "Overplayed", "we" or "our"), from the one side and you, as the user (hereinafter - "user" or "your"), from the other side, hereinafter collectively referred to as "parties".
"Overplayed" is a company registered and established under the laws of Curacao, with registration number 151342 (0) and registered address at Abraham de Traverse 9, Curacao.
"User" means any person who agrees with these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting this Agreement, user thereby testifies and warrants that he/she carefully read this agreement before using our website https://play2x.com (hereinafter - “website”) and undertakes to comply with and adhere to all conditions determined by parties to this Agreement.
SUBJECT MATTER
Overplayed provides the services for organizing leisure and recreation in the game "play2x.com" to user in accordance with Agreement. Such services, in particular, mean the following: services for the purchase and sale of game equipment (play2x.com), maintaining records of significant information: movement on the game account, provision of measures for identification and security of users, development of software that is integrated into the playground and external applications, information and other services necessary for organizing the game and serving user on website.
GENERAL USER REQUIREMENTS AND AGE RESTRICTIONS
You can play on website if you are from a country where an online gambling is legal. By accepting this agreement, user represents and warrants that online gambling is permitted in the country in which he/she will use our services. For non-compliance and violations of this requirement, user is responsible independently and in full.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PARTIES
You are personally responsible for the conduct of your financial transactions and operations, overplayed is not responsible for the financial transactions between users to transfer game equipment and game currency, as well as other game attributes.
You are personally responsible for all actions performed with the game equipment (play2x.com): purchase, sale, replenishment and withdrawal, as well as for game actions on the website: creation, purchase-sale, operations with all game elements and other game attributes and objects used for the gameplay.

At the same time, we have the right at any time to change the number and volume of offered paid services, their cost, name, type and effect of use.
We are not responsible for the malfunctioning of the game software. We use the software “AS IS”. If we determine that during the game a malfunction (error) occurred on the platform, the results that occurred during the incorrect operation of the software can be canceled or adjusted at our discretion. The user agrees not to appeal to the Overplayed about the quality, quantity, order and terms of the gaming opportunities and services provided to him/her.
RESTRICTIONS
Countries with restrictions are: United States of America, United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, St. Martin, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Netherlands, Israel, Dutch West Indies and Curacao.
We cannot guarantee the successful processing of withdrawals or refunds if you breach this Restricted Countries policy.

RISK OF LOSS

The request for self-exclusion must be made by user for whom the exclusion would apply, and not by any other person. It needs to be a positive action of the individual to self-exclude himself/herself from online lottery on our website.
We will not target user with marketing material at any time during the self-exclusion period. We will take necessary steps to remove the name and details of the self-excluded individual from any promoting databases used by ourselves.

All transactions made from any duplicate account will be made void. All the prizes and winning from duplicate accounts will be forfeited and all your accounts will be forcefully closed.
If you want to open a new account, you must contact our client support team. Once a new account is opened, under our supervision, the old one will be closed; your deposited funds and winnings will be duly transferred.
Should you become aware of any possible errors or incompleteness in the software of the website, you agree to refrain from taking advantage of them. CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks take effect only after prior consent of Website.
If the chargeback was made without our prior consent, you agree to protect website from any losses, claims and reimburse any costs arising from this, including the cost of restoring such funds.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY, CHEATING, “BUGS”

We can change our Agreement unilaterally. Where legally required, we will request your consent prior to implementing such changes.
The new version of Agreement will enter into force immediately after your next visit or access to Website. You will be notified of any changes to Agreement by indicating changes at the top of the page.

WARRANTIES
We waive any responsibility for user’s losses connected with misunderstanding of principles and rules of operation of website.

The activity of website is considered to be suspended for the period of force majeure, and we will have an extension of time for work during this period. We will make every reasonable effort to complete the force majeure event or find a solution by which our obligations can be fulfilled, despite the event.
COMPLAINT HANDLING AND APPLICABLE LAW
In the event of disputes and disagreements, the decision of Overplayed is final, and user completely agrees with it. All disputes and disagreements arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If it is impossible to reach agreement through negotiations, disputes, disagreements and claims arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Netherlands Antilles.
